 簡(jiǎn)介：

GXZC系列薄膜蒸發(fā)器是一種通過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)刮板強(qiáng)制成膜，可在真空條件下進(jìn)行降膜蒸發(fā)的新型高效蒸發(fā)器。它傳熱系數(shù)大、蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度高、過(guò)流時(shí)間短、操作彈性大，尤其適宜熱敏性物料、高粘度物料及易結(jié)晶含顆粒物料的蒸發(fā)濃縮、脫氣脫溶、蒸餾提純。因此，在化工、石化、醫(yī)藥、農(nóng)藥、日化、食品、 精細(xì)化工等行業(yè)獲得廣泛應(yīng)用。GXZC thin film evaporator is a new type of high efficiency evaporator, which is forced to form film by rotating scraper and can evaporate falling film in vacuum. It has high heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short overflow time and high operating elasticity. It is especially suitable for evaporation concentration, degassing and desolution, distillation and purification of heat sensitive materials, high viscosity materials and easily crystallized particulate matter. Therefore, it has been widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, daily chemical, food, fine chemical and other industries.

 工作原理：

料液由加料管引入，經(jīng)布料器分布，沿筒體內(nèi)壁面下流。然后，料液被刮板所掃刮，在傳熱壁面上涂敷成膜。膜層受熱蒸發(fā)后會(huì)減薄。后進(jìn)入的料液又被后繼而來(lái)的刮板所掃刮，形成新膜,再蒸友， 如此反復(fù)進(jìn)行。料液漸被濃縮，最后由卸料錐卸出。蒸發(fā)出來(lái)的蒸汽，經(jīng)分離筒，由出口排出經(jīng)由冷凝器冷凝成液而捕集。

The feed liquid is introduced by the feeding pipe and distributed through the distributor, and flows down the inner wall of the cylinder. Then, the liquid is swept by the scraper and coated on the heat transfer wall to form a film. The film will thin after evaporation. The subsequent feed liquid is swept by the subsequent scraper, forming a new film, and then steaming friends, so repeatedly. The liquid is gradually concentrated and finally discharged from the discharging cone. The evaporated vapor is trapped through the separating cylinder and the outlet is discharged through the condenser to condense into liquid.
