DG系列多功能過濾、洗滌、干燥(三合一)機是一種集過濾、洗滌、干燥、反應、自動出渣于一體的多功能固液分離設(shè)備。它廣泛應用于精細化工、制藥、石油、食品、印染、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)。由于其獨特的結(jié)構(gòu)，使該設(shè)備具有與無倫比的特點：

（1）完全密閉過濾、無泄漏、無任何環(huán)境污染。

（2）在加壓或真空狀態(tài)下操作，實現(xiàn)固液分離。過濾時濾餅分布均勻，固液分離效果好。

（3）攪拌系統(tǒng)無級調(diào)速和多工位工作，過濾中最大限度地增大容渣空間，洗滌濾餅干凈徹底，干燥效率大大提高。 

（4）排渣閥系統(tǒng)自動出料，降低勞動強度。

（5）特別適用于含固量大，液相和固相分別回收使用的過濾場合。

（6）過濾采用水平鋪設(shè)濾材，一次過濾干凈徹底，無殘液。濾材密封結(jié)構(gòu)獨特，更換濾材方便、快捷。

（7）有特殊材料制作的耐腐蝕三合一系統(tǒng)，能適應多種腐蝕性介質(zhì)。

（8）機體內(nèi)可實踐攪拌、混合、打漿、反應、洗滌等多種工序作業(yè)，并能實踐全自動控制和作業(yè)。
